He was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife where he completed his university training with a Diploma in Business Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Sciences, as well as his musical and singing studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music of this city, under the direction of the Singing Professor Ms. Isabel García Soto and the pianist and repertoireist Ms. María Ángeles García Gutiérrez, obtaining the End of Degree Award.

He has attended vocal technique and interpretation courses with Mr. Félix Lavilla, Mr. Alfredo Kraus, Mrs. María Orán, Mrs. Montserrat Poeyo, Mr. Helmut Lips, Mr. Joan Ferrer, F. Jerzy Artysz, Mrs. Helena Lazarska , Mr. Nico van der Mell, Mrs. Marie Claude Vallin, Mr. Joan Pons and Mr. Kamal Kahn.

He has performed with orchestras such as the Clásica de La Laguna, Camerata de Tenerife, de Cámara de Brno, Sinfónica de Tenerife, Ciudad de Málaga, Ciudad de Asunción, Philharmónica de Gran Canaria, Real Filarmonía de Galicia and with conductors such as Patrick Doumeng, Gregorio Gutiérrez , Mark Peters, Francisco de Gálvez, Luis Szaran, Lazlo Heltay, Adrian Leaper, Maximino Zumalve and Víctor Pablo Pérez.

He obtained the Third Prize in the lied-oratorio modality and the prize for the best Mozart performer in the III Alfredo Kraus International Singing Competition, and the Third Prize for male voices in the 13th “Ciudad de Logroño” Singing Competition.

In 1998, he recorded his first album together with the pianist D. Miguel Ángel Dionis and, in January 2000, together with the Zarabanda Group, a CD by the baroque composer Joaquín García.
He has debuted in the roles of Tancredi (Combatimento di Trancredi e Clorinda), Fernando (Fidelio), Corpo (Representazione di Anima e di Corpo), Ben (The Telephone), Adonis (Venus and Adonis) and Leonardo (The False Son).

In December 2002, he premiered the opera by the Canarian composer Enrique Guimerá “Làmour Thriomphant”.

He has participated in the 33rd Tenerife Opera Festival at the Mozart Festival in La Coruña.
Currently, in addition to his activity as a singer, he is a singing teacher at the School of Actors of the Canary Islands and the Superior Conservatory of Music of the Canary Islands.
