The choir’s unique idiosyncrasy fosters a continuous cycle of motivation, pushing its members to take on increasingly challenging scores and new artistic endeavors. This commitment to growth and excellence has been reflected in its national competition successes, culminating in two Grand National Choral Singing Awards (Gran Premio Nacional de Canto Coral) in 2012 and 2018. Across multiple competitions, jury panels have consistently praised the ensemble for its elegance across diverse styles, musicality, and vocal quality. This distinguished reputation has led to invitations to participate in some of the most prestigious festivals and competitions, including the Canary Islands International Music Festival.

Coro de Cámara Ainur is renowned for its varied and innovative repertoire, frequently incorporating newly composed works by renowned choral composers as well as contemporary creations from the Canary Islands.
The choir boasts an impressive track record, securing first prizes in several competitions, including:
- Antonio José Competition (Burgos)
- Fira de Tots Sants (Alicante)
- San Vicente de la Barquera Choral Competition, where it won the Second Golden Lyre in a special 50th-anniversary edition featuring past winners
- Grand National Choral Singing Award (2018, Burgos), coinciding with the Antonio José Award
