Born in Gran Canaria, he showed musical talent at a very young age, joining the choirs of the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra at the age of 12.

As a soloist he has performed Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Bernstein’s Mass, Mozart’s Coronation Mass, Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy, among others. He has been conducted by maestros such as K. M. Chichón, M. Gieler, L. Passerinni, G. Herbig, F. Ivan Ciampa, G. García Calvo, F. Sánchez Araña, P. Pelucchi, N. Stefano, among others. He recently debuted at the Teatro Real with Elina Garanca in Luisa Fernanda (concert version).

In opera he has premiered in the roles of Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Royal Herald and Count of Lerma (Don Carlo), Notary (Sonámbula), Gastone (Traviatta), Parpignol (La Bohème), Witch (Hänsel and Gretel), Ruiz (Il Trovatore), Riccardo (Ernani), Sailor (Dido and Aeneas), André and Cochenille (Les Contes D’Hoffmann), Dessire (Fedora).

Recently, he won the 3rd prize in the professional category at the London Classical Music Competition, 3rd prize Male Voices at the Villa de Teror International Lyric Competition, winner of the María Orán regional competition, winner of the 3rd prize for the best Canarian voice at the Valleseco International Zarzuela Competition, finalist at the Alfredo Kraus International Competition, finalist at the Alicante Society of Concerts Interpretation Competition and finalist at the 17th New Voices of Seville Competition.

His training has been influenced by: Isabel Álvarez, Augusto Brito, Pancho Corujo, Aquiles Machado, Celso Albelo, Carlos Mena, Nicola Beller, Raquel Lojendio, Isabel Rey, Yolanda Auyanet and Nancy Fabiola Herrera.
