As composer and critic Juan Piñera wrote:
“Gregorio Gutiérrez is a conductor who knows how to work with musicians and understands them. His results, of course, reflect an artist who pays attention to detail and dedicates himself body and soul to the piece being performed. The audience, in turn, recognizes and applauds his artistry.” (La Habana Radio, May 10, 2016).
